Wooldale Lydgate Unitarian Church
The following source list was originally available only on paper in one of the West Yorkshire Archive Service offices. It may have been compiled many years ago and could be out of date. It was designed to act as a signpost to records of interest on a particular historical subject, but may relate only to one West Yorkshire district, or be an incomplete list of sources available.
Lydgate Presbyterian Church (see above under Presbyterians) became Unitarian 1759.
Chapel rebuilt 1768.
Sunday School built in Holmfirth Road next to the chapel 1842.
Chapel renovated and vestibule and cupola added 1848.
New Sunday School built next to the old Sunday School 1910-1911; it was dedicated to the memory of the Rev Oliver Heywood (1630-1702).
Still in existence 2002.
