Thornhill Lees Methodist Church

It was designed to act as a signpost to records of interest on a particular historical subject, but may relate only to one West Yorkshire district, or be an incomplete list of sources available.
Chapel built on east side of Brewery Lane 1847.
Sunday School built on north side of Lees Hall Road near junction with Brewery Lane 1866.
New chapel built on north side of Lees Hall Road in front of Sunday School 1869-70.
Sunday School enlarged 1903.
Chapel demolished and Sunday School converted for use for services c.1980s.
Closed in 2007.
