George Street Junior Mixed School, Featherstone

It was designed to act as a signpost to records of interest on a particular historical subject, but may relate only to one West Yorkshire district, or be an incomplete list of sources available.

This school was previously Featherstone Boys Board School, Featherstone Council School, George Street Featherstone County Primary Junior Mixed School before ending up as Featherstone George Street Middle School.

The earliest recorded log book for this school is dated 1885 from the opening of the Boys Board School.
